A fantastic assortment of artisanal, dry cured meat to go with your cheese box!
As a wholesaler of cheeses – and things that go with cheese – we carry a lovely mix of charcuterie at The Bloomy Rind. These selections provide a tasty range of flavors and textures in the world cured pork goodness.
Each Cured Meat Box contains three items:
1 stick of Il Porcellino (CO) Saucisson Basque or Cacciatore salami (approx 4.5oz)
1 stick of Tempesta (IL) Nduja, spicy spreadable salami (approx 4.5oz) or Neuske’s Summer Sausage (10oz)
1 pack presliced Speck Alto Adige, smoked and cured ham from Italy (3oz)
(The meats in the photo are stunt meats that are a little different from the actual selections above.)
There are two pickup options:
** We’ll have several options to pick up at our Inglewood warehouse (3103 Ambrose Ave). When you check out, you’ll select the day and time you plan to swing by. No stress if you need to change the pickup, just let us know. This simply gives us an idea of who to expect and when.
** For our friends who live at Werthan, your awesome neighbor Beth will be the point person to receive your boxes on Thursday, Dec 19th.
